Morning
- Wake up at 6am
- Weigh yourself
- Make your bed
- Drink water and/or tea
- Stretch
- Go for a jog/walk
It can be on the treadmill or out at the park, try and do it for 30 minutes (only if you can and have time in the morning)
- Shower
When washing your hair only apply shampoo to the roots of your hair and only apply conditioner to the bottom of your hair and try and leave that in for a minute
- Moisturise body
- Get dressed
Don’t just throw on jeans and a t-shirt, get some inspiration from magazines or maybe your favourite tv show and try and dress as stylish as possible.
- Accessorise
- Clean your face
Try and use a PH balanced cleanser, if your cleanser isn’t PH balanced then use a toner after cleansing
- Moisturise face
- Brush your teeth
- Floss
- Use a mouth wash
- Put on deodorant
- Apply lip balm
- Apply makeup
- Style hair
If you style your hair with a straightener, hair dryer, or curler use a heat protective spray
When you get home
- Take off makeup
Makeup wipes actually dry out your skin, if you have a cleanser that takes off makeup use it
- Moisturise
- Brush hair
Start from the bottom of your hair and work your way to the top to avoid breakage
- Put on comfy clothes
If you can, try to keep them as stylish as possible
- Clean your room
- clean all your sheets, pillow cases and blankets
- get rid of things you don’t need
- make sure all clothes are folded and put away
- vacuum/mop floor
- make sure all surfaces are wiped down and there isn’t dust collecting anywhere
- clean windows
- make sure everything in your room is in its place
- check under neath bed for any rubbish
- if you have cupboards full of things get rid of what you don’t use and organise everything left
- spray some room freshener, or light some incense or a candle
- make your bed
- Study
- Workout
- Shower
Night time
- Clean your face
- Moisturise
- Brush, floss and use a mouth wash
You can also ass baking soda to your toothpaste for extra wight teeth
- Stretch
- Paint nails
Paint your nails and toenails, make sure to clip them as well if needed
- Write in your journal
Keep a journal and write how much you weighed and everything you have to do the next day in before you go to bed
Extra
- Drink 2L water a day
- Wear a face mask every 3 days
- Pluck your eyebrows (if you want to)
- Tan once a week (if you want to)
